The Journey
Wayfinder Spirits were conceived via the team at the Treehouse Beaconsfield (now the Wayfinder's Retreat), in the quest to find a spirit that more suited the experimental cocktail bar.
The first product created was a peach, clove and orange infused American Whiskey - Northern Discomfort. From this point the desire to create only got stronger - an official distillery licence was granted and the first range of distilled spirits started to be produced not just for the bar, but for retail and other bars and restaurants too.
Handcrafted small batch spirits
Our spirits are still created using our original copper stills and rotary evaporator... we have added to our kit and can now produce in larger capacity than our original 7 bottle batches - but the process is still the same. Every product we make is first produced on our original equipment before testing, blending and bottling to ensure we meet our original, high micro batch standards.
Future Paths
NEW ADVENTURES
We will continue to adventure both in our travels, and the spirits we produce.
We have taken over The Treehouse bar in Beaconsfield to create our very own Pub and Distillery Tap room - 'The Wayfinder's Retreat'.
Here we focus on the spirits we create, including our 'Adventures' and collaborations, ranging from the sublime to the ridiculous. Most are limited edition, and many you can only find here. We offer simple G+T serves matching the botanicals in the spirits, but also a range of cocktails too.
We serve amazing stone baked pizza, tacos and quesadillas too!
